Edgar Nava Ayala, 34, Daniel Ocamp Nava, 22, and Juan Hozelle Costa Soto, 20, were arrested Tuesday by Orange County Prosecutors on charges of attempted murder and violence, the Washington Post reported.
On October 31, three people were stopped when they tried to enter an adult club in California without wearing masks. The men, who had been rejected by the club, reappeared in front of the club with AK-47s and fired indiscriminately into the building, injuring the club’s staff and four guests.
After more than a month of searching, police arrested the three last week and held them in custody.”If convicted, Ayala and Ocampo could be sentenced to life in prison and Soto to more than 17 years in prison,” prosecutors said.
